This policy explains how Sam Services LLC ("Sam Services", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information from people who visit samservices.llc, contact us or receive our text messages (SMS).

1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, company, mobile phone number (optional), the content of your message, the values you chose in the calculator and your SMS consent choices.
- Information generated when you visit: basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited, date and time) processed by our hosting provider for security and aggregated visit statistics.
- Text message records: if you subscribe to SMS, we keep your number, the date, time, IP address and form version of your consent, and your STOP/HELP replies, as proof of consent.
We do not collect payment card data on this website.
2. How we use information
- To answer your inquiries and prepare proposals.
- To deliver contracted services and support.
- To send the text messages you have authorized (see section 4).
- To protect the site against spam, fraud and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Who we share information with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it with providers that help us operate, under confidentiality obligations and only for that purpose:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security, spam protection (Turnstile) and cookieless aggregated analytics.
- Brevo: email delivery of contact form messages.
- SMS messaging provider (for example, Telnyx): delivery of the text messages you authorized.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
4. Text messaging (SMS) and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be sold or shared with any third parties, except with providers that help us deliver our messaging services (such as our SMS provider) and only for that purpose.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Full terms are in the SMS Program Terms.
5. Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare visit statistics work without cookies. The Turnstile spam check may use strictly necessary technical storage to work.
6. Retention
We keep contact messages while a business relationship exists or up to 3 years after the last contact. SMS consent records are kept while you are subscribed and up to 5 years after you opt out, as proof of compliance.
7. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, restricted access and providers with recognized security standards. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, by writing to contact@samservices.llc. We respond within 30 days. If the law of your state gives you additional rights, we will honor them.
9. Our clients' data
When we manage a client's systems, servers, email or phone systems, we process that data only on the client's instructions and under the agreement signed with that client.
10. Children
Our services are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always posted on this page with its date.
