These terms govern the use of samservices.llc, operated by Sam Services LLC, a Florida limited liability company located at 5630 Yahl St, Unit 3, Naples, FL 34109. By using the site, you accept them.

Content is for information only and is not a binding offer. Prices, timelines and scope for each service are set in a proposal or agreement signed by both parties, which prevails over this site.
2. Services
We provide website and software development, integrations, server and business email administration, and phone system administration (FusionPBX). We are not a telecommunications carrier: we do not sell phone numbers or lines; clients obtain them from their own provider. We may work with subcontracted specialists under our responsibility.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the site for unlawful activity, to send spam or malicious content, to attempt unauthorized access to systems or to interfere with their operation.
4. Intellectual property
The site's design, text, logos and code belong to Sam Services LLC or are used with permission. Client names and marks are shown with their permission and belong to their owners.
5. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
6. Text messages
If you subscribe to our text messages, the SMS Program Terms apply. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We do not share your number or consent with third parties for marketing.
7. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is". We aim to keep information accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee it.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sam Services LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Liability for contracted services is governed by the applicable agreement.
